Taking Care of YOU - presented by Heidi Koch, Director of Wellness at Messiah Village. Learn tips on how to stay well during your role as caregiver. Discussions on the importance of exercise, eating healthy, staying active with your social circle, asking for help or delegating responsibilities, and ways to de-stress and relax. Tai Chi will also be demonstrated. | |

Care for the Caregiver - The Sandwich Generation - presented by Jeannie McClintick, CHPLN, Nurse Liaison for Pinnacle Health Home Health Care Hospice. Learn about the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of care giving. Hear about resources, survival tips, and how to navigate the medical community. |
